HRB Series Zero Purge Blower Reactivated Dryers
Deep dew point without giving the air back
Blower reactivated twin-tower adsorption dryers from 13.5 to 210 Nm³/min. Regeneration is done with ambient air drawn by a blower and an electric heater, so none of the dried compressed air is purged to atmosphere. −20 and −40 °C standard, −70 °C available. On 100 Nm³/min a heatless dryer vents about 7 Nm³/min — roughly 38 kW of compressor power, continuously; the HRB vents none.

Why this range
- Zero compressed air purged — ambient air reactivates the off-line bed
- Blower and heater run intermittently, only during regeneration
- Water-cooled ZW frames for hot plant rooms; air-cooled ZA frames where there is no cooling water
- Dew point energy-saving control stretches the cycle to the real water load, RS485 output
- On most duty cycles it pays back against heatless inside two years
