Arctic Industrial Reliable Solutions (AIRS) is an Ahmedabad engineering company that reduces industrial power consumption. Frequently asked questions
Is KESECO ULTRA a power factor controller (APFC)?
No. An APFC panel switches capacitors to cancel reactive current. KESECO ULTRA is a passive unit with no switching, connected in parallel at the breaker secondary, and its aim is lower kWh. If you only need to fix a power-factor penalty, an APFC panel is the right equipment.
How much compressed air does a heatless dryer waste?
A fixed-cycle heatless desiccant dryer typically uses 15 to 20 percent of its rated flow as purge air. A zero purge dryer, or a purge controller on the existing dryer, removes most of that loss.
Where does AIRS work?
AIRS is based in Ahmedabad and works across Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Ankleshwar, Dahej, Vapi, Sanand, Halol) and at plants in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and the rest of India.
