Not sure which dew point you need? Instrument air and most pharma process air need −40 °C PDP; general plant air in an air-conditioned area is often fine at −20 °C. We measure your present dew point before we recommend anything.

We size for your measured inlet temperature, pressure and flow, and supply the full package: pre-filter, dryer, after-filter and zero air loss drains.

Are you a local supplier?
Yes. AIRS is based in Ahmedabad, and our engineers visit and commission sites across Gujarat.
Can you cut the purge on the heatless dryer we already have?
Yes. You can replace it with a zero purge or smart heatless dryer, or keep it and retrofit our purge controller, which runs regeneration to the load instead of a fixed timer.
Do you work with any compressor make?
Yes: Atlas Copco, Kaeser, ELGi, Ingersoll Rand, Chicago Pneumatic, CompAir and others. The dryer is sized to your compressor's actual delivery.
Do you service dryers after installation?
Yes. We supply filter kits and desiccant, service dryers and drains, and offer annual maintenance contracts.
