M NX Series Heatless Modular Adsorption Dryers
−20 °C dew point with nothing to go wrong

Modular twin-chamber heatless dryers from 1.5 to 65 Nm³/min. No heater, no blower, no cooling water — a pressure-swing cycle, two solenoid valves and a controller in a cabinet that bolts to the floor. Extruded chamber modules sit below the pressure vessel threshold and lift out for desiccant change. A twin-tower HH build reaches −70 °C.

Why this range
- Extruded chamber modules on a shared manifold, below the pressure vessel inspection threshold
- Desiccant changed by swapping modules, not by dumping a vessel
- Two-layer bed: activated alumina for bulk water, molecular sieve for dew point
- Below 70 dB at 1 m — can stand on the workshop floor
- Lowest capital cost and electrical load of any dryer that reaches −20 °C

Twin-tower heatless build for duties below −20 °C.
Sizing worked through
| Step | What to do | Example |
|---|---|---|
| 1 Plant demand | Take the actual air demand downstream of the dryer | 30 Nm³/min |
| 2 Add the purge | Divide by (1 − purge). At 7 % that is ÷ 0.93 | 30 ÷ 0.93 = 32.3 Nm³/min |
| 3 Check the pressure | Below 7 bar g, go up a frame size | 7 bar g — no change |
| 4 Check inlet temperature | Above 35 °C the range cannot be used | 33 °C — acceptable |
| 5 Select | First frame at or above the corrected flow | M300NX, 37 Nm³/min |
| 6 Size the compressor | The compressor must make the purge air too | 32.3 Nm³/min minimum |
